Heart Evangelista, Chiz Escudero, Matteo Guidicelli, Sarah Geronimo grace Italian Embassy event

It’s a double date for Heart Evangelista and Matteo Guidicelli!

On Monday night, the Kapuso stars attended the celebration of the Philippines’ 75 years of bilateral relations with Italy at the Grand Hyatt Manila.

For the occasion, Matteo brought his wife, Sarah Geronimo, while Senator Chiz Escudero went with his ever-so-fashionable wife, Heart.

Aside from the two power couples, the event attendees include GMA Network Inc. Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes and Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesti.

Last year, Matteo and Sarah met with His Excellency Marco Clemente , the ambassador of Italy to the Philippines.

In case you didn’t know, Matteo is half-Italian and half-Filipino. Among the Kapuso actor’s ways to introduce Italian culture to Filipinos is through his restaurant Da Gianni Cucina Italiana, which offers pizza and pasta, among other specialties.
