Andrea Brillantes gets real about returning gifts after breakup

Andrea Brillantes got real about the practice of returning gifts from an ex following a breakup.

On Vice Ganda's latest vlog, the "It's Showtime" host asked Andrea on how she shows her love in a relationship. 

The actress said she gives her partner everything she can provide.

"Actually bakla din ako magmahal, bakla ako magregalo sobra," she said.

Vice Ganda then asked her take on returning or taking back gifts after a couple separates. Andrea admitted that she is sentimental, so she doesn't usually return the things she received.

But she is also practical about her reasons: she said she is planning to pawn off one gift, as she doesn't see herself using it anymore.

When Vice asked why not return it, Andrea said, "Ay, magkakapera pa ko dun eh 'di ba, ibebenta ko."

"May pang shopping ko, ba't ko pa isosoli sa kanya eh ang gagawin lang din naman niya bibigay niya lang din naman sa iba 'yun," she added.

So did she take something back instead?

"Kasi alam n'yo Meme, 'pag kinuha ko kasi lahat ng binigay ko sa kanya wala na siyang gamit sa condo niya," she said.

Andrea is coming off a breakup with Ricci Rivero. The basketball player recently opened up on their separation and addressed issues surrounding their relationship.
