Bea Alonzo on marriage talks with Dominic Roque: 'We have our own timeline'

Bea Alonzo and her boyfriend, Dominic Roque, take it one step at a time in their relationship.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the Kapuso actress admitted they've been getting a lot of pressure to get married, especially from their respective families.

"Ang daming pressure from outside pero mas matindi pa rin 'yung pressure ng pamilya namin," Bea said with a laugh.

Bea also said she and Dom have talked a lot about getting married.

"We always talk about it," she said. "Jino-joke ko siya parati na dapat maganda ako sa proposal mo."

"These are just jokes, but we always talk about the future and building a family together," she added.

With or without pressure, Bea said she and Dom are following their own timeline.

"Kami ni Dom, nando'n kami sa best time ng relationship namin eh," she said.

"We are just really loving life together, and I love my life with him," she added.

Bea confirmed her relationship with Dominic in August 2021 after months of seeing each other exclusively since January of the same year.

Since their confirmation, the two have been publicly sharing bits and pieces of their relationship on social media.

Last month, the couple sparked engagement speculations after Dominic shared dreamy Instagram photos during one of their beach trips.

In a previous report, Bea said she wants to have kids with Dominic if given the chance.

"Sayang naman 'yung lahi 'di ba?" she said.

Bea is one of the judges in the talent competition "Battle of the Judges," which will premiere on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. after "Pepito Manaloto."

She will also star with Dennis Trillo in upcoming series "Love Before Sunrise."
