These 90-year-old twins prove that they are inseparable, share secrets to long life
Not even old age can separate these twins from Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya!
According to Jasmine Gabriel Galban's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, 90-year-old twin sisters Lola Anita Andres and Lola Virginia Galera have been inseparable from the womb up to the present day.
"Hindi kami nag-aaway," Lola Anita said.
The twins share the same personalities, the same taste in food, and the same perspectives on life.
Even with their love lives and building their own families, the two did not mind the "sukob" superstition and got married the same year!
They both have eight children, and sadly, they are now both widows.
The twins also revealed that eating vegetables and regular exercise are their secrets to a long life.
In 2017, the two were able to hike the mountains of Banaue!
They also shared a reminder to live a stress-free life and avoid hate and envy.
