Mark Leviste after breakup with Kris Aquino: 'Love is patient'

Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste posted a photo with Kris Aquino following her announcement that she asked for "a pause" in their relationship.

In his Instagram Stories, Mark posted a black and white photo of Kris' Instagram post.

The public servant added the classic bible verse 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 which goes, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

"Love never fails," is written at the bottom of the photo.

Kris said that the couple is taking a break due to her health conditions.

Kris and Mark revealed their relationship early this year. The actress and host said that she found both love and friendship in Mark.

The two celebrated Kris' birthday, Valentine's Day, and Easter Sunday together.

Kris, as well as her sons Josh and Bimby, are currently in the United States for her treatments.
