K Brosas wants to resolve issues with her mother

K Brosas became emotional as she talked about her relationship with her mother, saying she wanted to resolve the issues between them.

On Wednesday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the comedian was asked if she had already forgiven her mother.

"Yes," she firmly responded. "Sana ano na, tama na. Ma, tama na. Tigil na natin 'to."

"Tama na, please," she continued, trying to hold back her tears. "Kasi ilang beses na tayo nag-ayos. Tama na po."

K added that she has always said that she owes a lot to her mom.

"Hindi ko pinagkakait 'yon, malaki utang na loob ko. I will be eternally grateful. Pero sana tama na. Tama na 'yung sumbat…gusto ko lang namang maging proud, marining ko eh na, 'Proud of you! Proud ako sa pagpapalaki mo sa anak mo.'"

She then called on her relatives not to take things the wrong way.

"Sa buong pamilya ko, sana don't take this the wrong way pero, tama na."

K said that she wants to start fresh again.

"Sana, sana kasi nakapunta naman akong Italy kasi meron naman akong miles, charot lang," she quipped. "Meron akong 2,500."

K did not delve deeper into the reason why she is not on good terms with her mother, but in an interview in 2021, she mentioned that they seldom saw each other and did not have any "relationship."

In April, K joined a group tour independently, and shared that it allows her to handle her own time without thinking about anyone else.
