Doug Kramer gives new meaning to 'a father's strength' as he carries his whole family

Doug Kramer is taking the phrase "a father’s strength" to a whole new level!

The former basketball player proved his physical strength as he literally carried his whole family — as in Kendra, Scarlett, Gavin, and wife Chesca.

On a dock in Amsterdam, Doug began by carrying his wife Chesca on his shoulders. Kendra and Scarlett then got up on each of his thigh and held on to Chesca. Doug supported them with his arms. He then held Gavin with his hands.

If that isn’t enough, Doug was even able to walk for a bit.

“The process was bloody,” Doug said in his caption. “I'm sorry if I tightened certain areas Gavin,” he quipped.

Chesca and Doug have been married since 2008. They have three children, Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.

In June, Team Kramer went on a European trip and explored London, France, Ireland, and Italy, among others.
