Did Ricci Rivero and Andrea Brillantes live together? Athlete answers

Ricci Rivero addressed the rumors that he and Andrea Brillantes lived together before they broke up last month.

On Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Ricci said that they did so "from time to time."

"Pero ang gusto kasi ni Tita is for her to go home and 'yun din naman 'yung sinasabi ko," he said.

"Gusto ko mag-focus ka rin sa industry mo, sa work mo, sa goals mo. Ako kailangan ko rin mag-focus dun sa akin. Pero there were times that we do sleep together," he added.

Tito Boy then asked Ricci to clarify if that meant that they sometimes went home in each other's houses, and the basketball player said yes.

Ricci also said the breakup was not easy, as Andrea spent plenty of time with his family.

"Naging close din po talaga siya sa mga little brothers and sa parents ko na din," he said. "Sobrang na-appreciate ko 'yung side niya na 'yun."

Ricci broke his silence on the reasons for their separation in the first part of his "Fast Talk" interview on Monday.

He shut down speculations that former beauty queen Leren Mae Bautista was the cause of their split and denied that he has a gay boyfriend.

Ricci also said that he did not treat Andrea as a trophy girlfriend and he did not use her to become popular.

The athlete announced their breakup on Twitter earlier this month, asking fans to respect their decision to keep things private.
