John Lloyd Cruz celebrates 5th birthday of son Elias with rumored GF Isabel Santos

John Lloyd Cruz was accompanied by rumored girlfriend, the artist Isabel Santos, in celebrating Elias' fifth birthday!

On Instagram, the award-winning actor shared how they celebrated Elias' fifth birthday. As seen on the post, Elias had a Sonic the Hedgehog-themed birthday cake complete with several cupcakes of different characters.

The Kapuso actor also shared a wacky selfie with Isabel who wrapped the birthday boy in her arms.

The last installment of John Lloyd's birthday post was a video of Elias jumping bravely into the swimming pool.

"Happy Birthday[,] Anak," he said in the caption.

Elias is turning five today and he is quite the beloved birthday boy. Apart from his dad John Lloyd, his mom Ellen as well as her husband, the actor Derek Ramsay , also shared wonderful birthday greetings for Elias on Instagram.

Ellen said in a previous interview that she wishes John Lloyd and Isabel to have a "happy and harmonious" relationship.
