Sheryl Cruz celebrates daughter Ashley's honors convocation and birthday!

It's a double celebration for Sheryl Cruz!

The Kapuso actress is currently in San Francisco, California for her daughter Ashley's honors convocation as well as her birthday!

On Instagram, Sheryl shared snaps from the academic event and wrote a meaningful birthday greeting for Ashley.

"Wishing you a very bright future filled with opportunities and limitless growth with boundless achievements that will make you a positive, courageous, prosperous, an individual that will exude confidence and grace under pressure with wisdom beyond your years," Sheryl began.

"I’ve seen your sacrifices and hard work; I’m so delighted it paid off so wonderfully. Congratulations on your Honors Convocation Anak. Again, I am so very proud of you. Know that I will be here for you, even if we do not see eye to eye at times," she continued.

The celebrity ended her note with her touching greeting: "Happy birthday, my Ashley. You are my pride and joy."

Ashley is set to graduate a summa cum laude from the San Francisco State University, where she took up Psychology.

"Sa araw ng birthday niya, doon siya pararangalan so I'm very excited for her and I'm very proud of her because efforts niya lahat ito," Sheryl previously said.
