Sam Pinto says marriage 'is not how people said it would be'
"It's not how people said it would be," Sam Pinto began when Tito Boy asked her what marriage is like on Tuesday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda."
According to Sam, people advised her not to get married. "My mom said, 'Are you sure you wanna do this?' My parents are separated kasi so she just knows all the hardships that come with it."
Sam said her being married "is actually having somebody there with you, for you, anytime, anywhere. Parang automatic mong friend, best friend."
"I love it!" She added, explaining she now always had a plus one whenever she goes out. "It's automatic that there's someone there for you."
Sam tied the knot with PBA player Anthony Semerad in 2021 and welcomed a baby girl they named Mia shortly after.
Having a baby certainly changed their dynamics, Sam said with Mia becoming the star in the family. "Everything revolves around her now. All the attention goes to her."
Meanwhile, the returning actress admits to being the jealous kind, calling her husband "deadma lang!"
"I learned that communication is really the key because I can't read his mind, he can't read mind," Sam said. — LA, GMA Integrated News
