Laureen Uy is now engaged to longtime boyfriend Miggy Cruz
Laureen Uy and Miggy Cruz are engaged!
Laureen announced the news on social media Sunday, with a Wes Anderson-inspired Instagram Reel shared with Miggy.
“‘Let’s shoot a Wes Anderson reel,’ he said. Little did I know this was really the plan. AAAAAAAHHHHH!!! I said yes,” Laureen wrote with a ring emoji.
As seen in the latter part of the video, the lifestyle vlogger was caught off guard when Miggy went down on one knee to ask her, “Will you marry me?”
Without a second thought, Laureen shouted, “Yes!” while crying.
The proposal took place at Joshua Tree Park in California last Thursday.
In a separate post, Laureen showed off her engagement ring with a huge princess-cut diamond.
“He put a ring on it [ring emoji] [I love you so much, @miggycruz,” she wrote.
Laureen and Miggy have been dating since 2016. Aside from creating content online, the couple has joint business ventures, including Hungry Homies and Flo All Day Drinking.
