Matteo Guidicelli can't stop greeting Sarah Geronimo in 'Unang Hirit' debut

Matteo Guidicelli just can't stop greeting his wife Sarah Geronimo in his "Unang Hirit" debut!

The UH barkada warmly welcomed the newest member of the morning show on Monday and gave him starter pack gifts to help him settle in.

Mariz Umali gave Matteo an eye mask to help him sleep for the early morning grind and asked whether Sarah gets woken up as well when he gets up from bed.

"Supportive naman siya. Actually nanonood siya ngayon. Hi love, morning!" Matteo said.

That was just the first of his many greetings for his wife of three years.

When Matteo cooked Italian crayfish pasta for the UH barkada, he once again mentioned Sarah when Susan Enriquez asked him if it was a legit Italian dish.

"Basta ito ang inspirasyon ko lang para sa asawa. Bahala na 'yung iba basta para sa asawa, basta approved niya," he said.

"Ay nanonood pala si Sarah ngayon ah. Love, good morning! Sobrang proud 'yan first day."

Matteo also invited the UH barkada to Sarah's next concert.

"Sa lahat ng nanood kagabi sa concert ni Sarah, maraming-maraming salamat," he said. "Next show nandun na po kayo ah."

Later, he once again greeted his wife and got ribbed by his co-hosts.

"Love, magandang umaga!" he said.

"Pang-lima na 'yan, pang-lima na!" Arnold Clavio said.

Aside from the eye mask from Mariz, Matteo also received avocados from Susan, a mug from Ivan Mayrina, coffee flask and spoon and fork set from Suzi Entrata-Abrera, a neck pillow from Shaira Diaz, and a dog stuffed toy from Atty. Gaby Concepcion.
