Bianca Umali, Ruru Madrid reveal what they learned about each other during Paris trip for 'The Write One'

Last month, Bianca Umali and Ruru Madrid flew to Paris for the final stretch of their Kapuso series, "The Write One."

In an online press conference on Monday, the longtime real-life couple revealed what they learned about each other during their filming trip and vacation to the City of Love.

For Bianca, she discovered Ruru's "patience and growth."

"When we were left alone in Paris, he didn't know this, but I was observing him," the Sparkle actress said.

"Nakita ko that he has grown so much into a man that is very wise and very patient, and I have been adoring him ever since," she added.

Bianca said she couldn't help but be proud of Ruru for the man that he has become.

"Sobrang nakakaproud kasi [alam ko] lahat ng mga pinagdadaanan niya and I have nothing to say but sobrang saya ko to have him with me and sa lahat ng nangyayari sakaniya," Bianca said.

Meanwhile, Ruru said going to Paris with Bianca made him even more certain that Bianca is "the one" for him.

"I can be with her forever," Ruru said. "I can travel with her sa lahat ng bansa na gusto niyang puntahan, kahit kaming dalawa lang."

"It's been five years na ganto kami sa isa't isa pero for the very first time sa buhay namin, mas nakita ko na kayang-kaya namin kahit saang lupalop pa kami ng mundo mapunta, kahit kaming dalawa lang nandyan, kayang kaya namin," he added.

In August 2022, Ruru confirmed that he is in a relationship with Bianca. They've been together for five years now.

"The Write One" airs on weekdays at 9:35 p.m. on GMA Telebabad. A same-day replay airs on GTV at 11:25 p.m., and advanced episodes can be streamed on Viu from Saturdays to Tuesdays.
