Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel reunites with her Filipino family

R’Bonney Gabriel has arrived in Manila! Her first order of business? To reunite with her Filipino family.

On Instagram, the Miss Universe organization shared photos of the beauty queen with her Filipino relatives, including her father, Remigio Gabriel.

In the photos, R’Bonney’s family expressed their pride for the Miss Universe 2022 by holding portraits of her crowning moment.

“[R’Bonney] arrives [in] Manila for the first time since winning the Miss Universe title and reunites with her family,” Miss Universe wrote.

On Wednesday night, R’Bonney attended the Miss Universe Philippines Fashion and Charity Gala Night at the Okada Manila wearing a blue and silver Terno by Filipino designer Mark Bumgarner.

Earlier this year, R’bonney became the first Filipino-American Miss Universe when she won the crown.

Plenty personalities from the global community of Miss Universe have flown in for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night, set to happen on Saturday, May 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Apart from R'Bonney, Miss Universe owner Anne Jakrajutatip is also in town for the occasion.
