Dolly de Leon pens sweet letter for friend Eugene Domingo: 'You're everything to me'
Eugene Domingo got a surprise letter from Dolly de Leon on Wednesday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda."
Dolly was a guest on the show last week, where she revealed that Uge paid for her son's tuition fee for three years and has been such a great friend to her.
The Golden Globe and BAFTA-nominated actress then took the opportunity to send her a sweet message via Tito Boy.
Eugene was visibly touched as she read the letter out loud for the audience.
"Dear Uge, hermana, I'm so looking forward to 2025," Dolly wrote.
"You're everything to me," she said. "Love you, alam mo na 'yan."
When Tito Boy asked what Dolly meant by 2025, Eugene said the two of them want to do a play together.
Eugene and Dolly both studied theater at the University of the Philippines Diliman and were mentored by Tony Mabesa.
"We want to do a play and we're looking for producers. But we already asked Harlene Bautista and she said go na 'yan," Eugene said.
Tito Boy also thanked Eugene and Dolly for showing what friends are about.
Eugene is set to appear on "All-Out Sundays" for a new eight-episode comedy skit called, "My Ninang Fairy." "All-Out Sundays" airs every Sunday at noon on GMA Network.
Dolly, meanwhile, has several projects lined up after her scene-stealing performance in "The Triangle of Sadness."
She just finished filming her Hollywood movie, "Grand Death Lotto," which also stars Simu Liu, Awkwafina, and John Cena.
She also finished shooting an upcoming independent film, "Between the Temples," and will begin work on an upcoming series for the streamer Amazon Prime in August.
