Lotlot de Leon once went to the NBI to report bashers of her daughter Janine Gutierrez

Lotlot de Leon is a protective momma bear to her daughter Janine Gutierrez.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Lotlot revealed that she once went to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to report Janine's bashers.

"Ini-screenshot ko lahat, pinrint ko lahat ng mga masasakit na salita sa anak ko through Twitter," she said. "Gusto ko malaman kung sino 'yung mga taong nagsasalita ng mga masasakit sa anak ko."

"Ganun ka-intense," she added. "Hindi nga yata alam ng anak ko 'yun."

That time, Lotlot was Janine's manager and she said it was hard because she is also her mom.

"Masakit pala talaga pag pinupulaan 'yung anak. Napakasakit," she said.

Lolot said she eventually realized that her children are strong and capable of handling issues that come their way.

"I should also have more faith in my daughter, na kung anuman 'yun, kung anuman 'yung pagdaanan niya dito sa industriya, kakayanin niya," she said.

Lotlot currently stars in "The Write One" with her former husband Monching Gutierrez.
