Rayver Cruz reveals when he knew Julie Anne San Jose saw him as more than just a 'bro'

Rayver Cruz and Julie Anne San Jose are the guests on Bea Alonzo's newest vlog episode.

Published on Sunday, the vlog featured the three celebrities doing Drip Bear painting, as Bea asked the pair questions about cheating.

In giving their answers, Julie Anne and Rayver also revealed bits and pieces about their relationship, including how Rayver knew Julie Anne saw him as more than just a "bro."

Among the questions Bea asked was if it was considered cheating when your partner reciprocates the clingy actions of his best friend from the opposite sex.

"Ako, alam kong maraming 'girl' friends si Rayver, pero never ko pinag-isipan," Julie Anne begins.

"I've known Rayver for so long already and the reason why he has so many friends that are girls is because hindi siya nag te-take advantage ng babae," Bea said.

"Pambansang bro nga ako eh," Rayver said. "Kahit siya [Julie Anne], bino-bro niya ako," Rayver said.

"Kaya nuna tinawag na niya akong 'Ray', uy," Rayver said, indicating it was the moment he knew there was something different between the two of them.

"Tapos dati, 'Rodjun' lang twang niya kay Rodjun tapos biglang 'Kuya RJ' na," Rayver revealed, laughing.

According to the two, they were really just friends in the beginning. Their relationship leveled up when, during the JulieVerse concert last year, Julie Anne told Rayver "I love you, too" on stage. — LA, GMA Integrated News
