The trailer for 'The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes' is here!
Are you ready to go back to the Capitol?
The "Hunger Games" prequel "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" just released its official trailer, and the hype is real.
We see a younger Coriolanus Snow (Tom Blyth) assigned to mentor Lucy Gray Baird (Rachel Zegler), a tribute from the impoverished District 12.
But as Lucy Gray charms the audience of Panem, Snow sees an opportunity to shift their fates — and turn the odds in their favor.
"The legend that changed the Games begins here," the trailer said.
Based on the novels by Suzanne Collins, "The Hunger Games" is set in a dystopian post-apocalyptic future where tributes are chosen to compete in a televised fight to the death.
Collins released “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” prequel in 2020.
The film also stars "Game of Thrones" star Peter Dinklage and "How to Get Away With Murder" star Viola Davis. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
