KC Concepcion is one blooming woman as she turns 38

KC Concepcion looked absolutely glowing as she turned 38 on Friday.

The actress and host posted an Instagram photo of herself looking giddy in a chic, all-white outfit. KC looked like she was making a wish right before blowing out her birthday candle.

“Enchanting to meet you, 38,” she said in her caption.

KC’s mom, Sharon Cuneta, gave her the sweetest birthday message on Instagram.
