Trina 'Hopia' Legaspi gives birth to a healthy baby girl

Trina "Hopia" Legaspi has given birth to a baby girl they named her Kaela. Congratulations!

On Monday, the new mom shared photos from the hospital after she gave birth to baby Kaela sometime last week.

"Last week at 5:09 pm, our lives changed forever!" The former child star wrote, adding "8 hours of labor and 1 hour of pushing, thank you, Lord, for giving me the strength!!" 

Trina's husband, Ryan Jarina, was also seen in the photos as they cherished the first few hours with their newborn.

"Parang nag-slow mo ‘nung narinig ko na iyak niya, sobrang surreal, ‘di ko mapigilan umiyak," Trina said.

"You are worth all the pain, our baby girl. Daddy and I love you so much!" She added.

Trina went on to thank the doctors of The Medical City who assisted in her birthing journey.

"As first time parents, totoo nga po ang sabi nila, 1 week na po kaming walang tulog ni [Ryan]," she said.

Trina and Ryan got engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in 2021.

In 2022, they had a second wedding in a church to fulfill the wish of Ryan's late grandparents, which also served as their gender reveal party.
