James Reid speaks up after posting photos with Issa Pressman: 'I’m the happiest I’ve ever been’

James Reid has spoken up about his rumored relationship with Issa Pressman.

The actor and musician released a statement on his Instagram Story, saying that he is “only gonna say this once.”

“The past rumors about Issa are just that, rumors,” James said.

Adding that he usually never addresses bashers or “get involved in hate culture,” James said he felt the need to speak “because this is the start of something beautiful."

"And I’m not gonna let anyone take that away from me," he added. “All you need to know is that [I’m] the happiest I’ve ever been."

James and Issa fueled romance rumors on Friday after their Instagram posts at the Harry Styles concert. James’ post showed him and Issa singing along with linked arms, whereas Issa’s post showed them holding hands.

The posts went viral, given that Issa was once rumored to be the third party involved in James’ breakup with Nadine Lustre.

Issa is also an artist part of James’ record label, Careless.
