Iya Villania responds to netizens' concerns about their new house design

Iya Villania recently shared some details on the second floor of their "tiny dream home" and couldn't help but respond to netizens who commented on the design of their new house, saying  it is not too child-friendly.

On Saturday, Iya updated her caption with a lengthy explanation to address the anxiety expressed by her followers.

"I understand the anxiety the railings, bed, and windows bring," she began.

"And to address the anxiety, [please] note that these beds were set up this way only for the sake of these pictures," she added with a laughing face emoji.

As for the windows, Iya said that her kids know "not to climb out."

"And if in the future I see it does become a problem, then I will make the [necessary changes]," she said.

"The house really is tiny (48sqm), so it's easy to see if the kids are up to some monkey business," she added.

Iya further explained that the house's second floor is only meant for napping and resting since they have a playground if the kids ever wish to play.

"We've been using this space since September 2022 and have been refining since then as we address the concerns for children," the mother of four said.

"So far, even my most daring and monkey child, Leon, hasn't thought of climbing out the window," Iya concluded with a laughing face emoji.

Last week, Iya gave a glimpse of their "tiny dream house" and flexed her team of designers who helped make the house come to life.

Iya and husband Drew Arellano are parents to four children: Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro. —LBG, GMA Integrated News
