Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay want to be a 'forever' loveteam

Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay are among the most talked about Kapuso loveteams today.

Called AlFia or Team Jolly, they make fans kilig with their romantic gestures, like when Allen asked Sofia to be his date to last year’s GMA Gala.

In an interview on the “Updated with Nelson Canlas” podcast, Sofia said that although she believes loveteams come and go, they are not prepared to move on to new on-screen partners.

“Kasi syempre, minsan kailangan na rin mag-grow ng artists, kailangan nang magkaroon ng iba pang identity bukod sa loveteam,” she said.

But she said that it would likely take years before they have new loveteams.

“Sa amin po kasi, parang kaka-start lang po talaga since yung talagang officially loveteam na, ayan may teleserye na,” Sofia said. “So siguro po kung mangyayari 'yun, mga years pa.”

Should someone tell them that they would no longer be a loveteam, Sofia said "hindi po kami ready."

She's also optimistic about their pairing.

"Malay mo, kami pa unang loveteam that won't go,” Sofia said.

Allen added, “Hanggang dulo.”

“Forever,” Sofia said.

Kapuso viewers will definitely be seeing more of AlFia, because they will be starring in “Regal Studio Presents: My Last Love.”
