Karel Marquez and Sean Fariñas are having a baby boy!

On Instagram, Tuesday, Karel shared photos of their baby's ultrasound, confirming that it's going to be a little Sean.

"This whole time, we all thought we were having a baby girl," she wrote in the caption.

Karel announced that she is expecting her fourth baby in October last year. She described it as the "best news."

Karel and Sean have one child together: Kobe. Karel, meanwhile, had her first two children with her ex-boyfriend Arman de Guzman. Their names are Keiley and Kyler.
