Nora Aunor addresses issue with daughter Matet De Leon over tuyo business

Nora Aunor has finally addressed the issue of competing tuyo businesses between her and her daughter Matet De Leon.

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the Superstar does not hide the fact that she and her children sometimes have misunderstandings.

On the issue of her starting a tuyo business just like Matet, Nora said she did not know that her daughter would take it badly.

"Siguro may pinagdadaanan din 'yung anak ko at hindi ko rin naman alam na may pinagdadaanan siya," she said.

"Ang sa 'kin, nagkaroon ako ng ano na, 'O halika gawa tayo ng tuyo,' ganyan-ganyan, na hindi ko alam, ikakasama ng loob niya," she added.

Nora said that they are now in good terms with each other.

"Marami akong pagkukulang sa mga anak ko, pero pagka nagkikita kami nasasabi ko 'yung mga sama ng loob ko sa kanila, pinag-uusapan namin, ano 'yung dapat gawin, nakikinig naman sila," she said.

"Ang importante dun nagkakausap kami," she said.

In the same interview, the veteran actress looked back on her relationship with former love team Tirso Cruz III.

Nora is set to make her big screen comeback with Alfred Vargas soon. In 2022, she was named as a National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts.
