Miguel Tanfelix says he is courting Ysabel Ortega: 'Mahal na mahal ko siya'

Miguel Tanfelix has revealed the real score between him and "Voltes V: Legacy" co-star Ysabel Ortega.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Miguel said they are not yet together but he is courting Ysabel.

The Sparkle actor said Ysabel's mom, Michelle, is strict and he knows he also has to win her approval.

"Kailangan po kasi nating sundin 'yung nanay ni Ysabel. Medyo strict po si Tita and respeto po sa desisyon niya para sa anak niya," he said.

"Kahit papaano kailangan n'yo rin pong ligawan 'yung magulang nung nililigawan n'yo," he added.

Ysabel is also juggling law school with her showbiz career, so Miguel said he wants to give her time.

"Ayoko pong masakal siya. Kung maging kami man ngayon baka maging distraction lang po ako sa law school niya ngayon," he said.

The two of them, however, have been talking about the kind of relationship they want.

Asked how he can prove that he loves Ysabel, Miguel said by doing the interview and expressing his feelings for her.

"Sabihin sa public na mahal na mahal ko siya," he said. "Wala nang ibang paraan Tito boy."

As for his message to Michelle, Miguel promised that he will take care of Ysabel and that he will never become a distraction for her law studies.

"'Wag po kayong mag-aalala, pinagdadaan po namin 'yung bawat steps na kailangan naming pagdaanan para mas makilala 'yung isa't isa," he said.

"Andito lang po naghihintay para sa approval n'yo po and para kay Ysabel."

Miguel and Ysabel will play Steve Armstrong and Jamie Robinson in "Voltes V: Legacy," which will premiere on GMA Network this year.
