Lexi Gonzales reveals she made the first move on Gil Cuerva

Lexi Gonzales and Gil Cuerva have been hinting on some off-screen romance for some time now, but which one of them made the move?

On  "Mars Pa More," Gil made a virtual appearance via video call and asked Lexi if she made the first move.

Lexi admitted, "Yes."

Pressed by the hosts for more details, Lexi revealed that she was the first one to message.

"After nung guesting ko sa 'Taste Buddies,' inaasar asar nila kami nun ng mga staff and then ... so, minessage ko lang naman siya," she said. "Minessage ko sya sa IG. Sabi ko, 'Ingat ka pag-uwi,' ganun."

Lexi said that Gil replied right after, and they chatted until the next morning.

Asked if Gil was her type even back then, Lexi nodded.

Iya Villania then shared, "Ako din nag-first move kay Drew," referring to her husband Drew Arellano.

"Minsan talaga kailangan mo maging matapang. Diba, Lex?" said Camille Prats.

Agreed!

In December 2022, Lexi said in an Instagram post that Gil was her 2022 "plot twist."
