On Gabbi Garcia's birthday, Khalil Ramos says 'I love doing life with you'

Gabbi Garcia is turning a year older today and on Instagram, her boyfriend Khalil Ramos had a short — but truly, the sweetest — birthday greeting for the Kapuso celebrity.

Posting a montage video of Gabbi from their travels, Khalil called her "my love, my life partner and the bestest friend in the world."

"I love doing life with you, Gabbi," he added as he tagged her.

The two have been been together for five years now and have been taking their fans and followers along for the ride. They recently took a month-long vacation in the US, where they certainly were the " happiest couple on earth " in Disneyland, and Khalil happily played the Instagram-boyfriend role of Gabbi.

Most recently, they took a trip to Singapore to catch the Maroon 5 concert .

Happy birthday to Gabbi, and thank you both for serving some much-needed kilig realness.
