"I'm a happy mommy! My favorite son visited me. Thank you @mavylegaspi I Love you forever," she said on Instagram.

The two are super sweet in the photos, with Carmina pressing a kiss to Mavy's cheek.

Mavy and his twin Cassy recently surprised Carmina with luxury gifts for her birthday , such as a pair of Valentino heels and a Hermes bag.
