It’s a girl for Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano!

In a vlog posted on Thursday, the celebrity couple hosted a gender reveal party for their “Baby Peanut.” It was attended by their family and friends, including Luis’ mom and veteran actress Vilma Santos.

Opening the vlog, Jessy said, “Team boy ako.” Luis, wearing a pink polo and pink face mask said, “Naniniwala ako na girl si Peanut.”

In the comments section, fans said that they were also expecting a baby girl because of Jessy’s "blooming aura."

For the party’s main event, Jessy held a large balloon, whereas Luis used a pin to pop it. The balloon revealed pink confetti!

The couple had huge, excited smiles, and Jessy even turned teary-eyed.

In a speech, the actress said, “Oh my gosh, we’re having a girl! I’m just really, really happy and I’m sure [the baby’s] happy right now kasi nung nag-sa-scan kami, naka-smile na siya kaagad.”

She added, “I’m just really so excited.”

Luis said, “Peanut, we love you. Sabi namin na first and foremost, it’s always the priority is for Peanut to be healthy regardless of the gender. But mommy and I will do our best to raise you for you to be a blessing to other people.”
