Dingdong Dantes thanks GMA Network for introducing him to Marian Rivera
Dingdong Dantes gave a nod to GMA Network for leading him to meet his on- and off-screen partner, Marian Rivera.
The Kapuso Primetime King posted a reel of their sweet moments from the GMA Gala Night, with both of them dressed to the nines.
The Gala Night was held last weekend to celebrate the Kapuso network's 72nd anniversary, and it was attended by celebrities and executives alike.
“It was GMA — the network that I consider my second home — who introduced me to this leading lady of mine, who later on, with God’s grace, became my wife,” Dingdong said in the caption. “Happy 72nd anniversary! We are forever grateful.”
Dingdong and Marian’s love team, dubbed DongYan, first made waves when they starred in the hit series “Marimar” in 2007.
Since then, they have worked together in different shows and films. They are currently starring in the sitcom “Jose & Maria’s Bonggang Villa.”
