Candy Pangilinan’s son Quentin graduates from junior high with awards
Candy Pangilinan’s son Quentin has graduated from junior high school — and with special awards, too!
The actress-comedian proudly shared the update on Instagram Wednesday with shots of her son in his barong, saying “Quentin graduates grade 10!”
“Next level na po tayo. The journey continues,” she wrote in the caption.
“Quentin may have taught me more than I have taught him," Candy added. "Thank you, Quentin. Congratulations!”
Candy also shared certificates of awards that Quentin earned: Enthusiastic Learner Award and Reading Rockstar Award.
With this achievement, the proud mom took the time to thank those who stayed by their side throughout Quentin’s journey from Grade 1, including his doctors, teachers, and caregivers.
She also expressed gratitude to the Lord: “To God, our Father, all glory to You! Everything by Your grace and mercy.”
Among those who sent their congratulatory messages to Candy and Quentin in the comments were Pops Fernandez, Janice de Belen, Nikki Valdez, Rita Avila, and Carmina Villarroel.
Last year, Quentin also started training as an altar server.
In a previous interview, Candy opened up about how it was like raising Quentin, who was diagnosed with ADHD. Apart from being a mom, the actress said she is also his playmate and teacher.
