Mikael Daez on being apart from Megan Young: 'There's so much that both of us will learn from this separation'

With Megan Young having the time of her life on a solo trip in New York City and Mikael Daez being in South Korea to start filming for “Running Man PH,” the Kapuso power couple will be away from each other for 50 days.

A few days into their temporary LDR, Mikael shared on Instagram that it was admittedly a big adjustment.

“Nobody to make coffee for me, wala na akong ka-[Ragnarok] and I don’t have my two favorite food items—Soba and Chia [the couple’s dogs]," he said.

“However, I also stand by my prediction that there’s so much that both of us will learn from this separation," he added.

Mikael said that with "Running Man PH" kicking off production, he and his cast members will get to travel around South Korea. Not only that, he'll also be releasing some K-Pop-themed content soon too.

“At malay natin, baka maka-selfie ko si Seokjin sa daan!” Mikael said.

Kim Seokjin, or simply known as Jin, is a member of K--pop titans BTS.

He also happens to be Megan's bias.

Naturally, Megan couldn't let this pass. In the comments section, she joked, “Just make sure that it’s Kim Seokjin… Baka sa ibang Seokjin ka magpa picture!”

This is the first time that Megan and Mikael will be separated for an extended period of time.
