Derek Ramsay celebrates Elias' 4th birthday: 'Happy birthday son'

Derek Ramsay clearly loves Elias, Ellen Adarna and John Lloyd Cruz's son, as his own.

On Elias' 4th birthday, the Kapuso hunk took to Instagram to celebrate it. Posting cute photos and videos of Elias, Derek said "Happy birthday son."

"Love you so much my little babiguling," he added, revealing his cute nickname for the boy.

Apart from commenting with multiple red heart emojis on her husband's post, Ellen also celebrated her son's birthday on IG, posting a photo of Elias seemingly naked and writing in the caption "4" along with several emojis.

Derek and Ellen have built a cozy family since, well, since day 1, with Elias always part of their dates and Derek's firstborn Austin reconciling with his father and finally calling Derek, dad .

On Father's Day in fact, Ellen had the most wonderful greeting for Derek, acknowledging her luck because she was "with the right person for me, the one I'm compatible with, loves Elias as his own."
