Joey Marquez confirms daughter Winwyn is already engaged

Joey Marquez has confirmed his daughter Winwyn Marquez is already engaged to her partner, the father of her baby Luna.

In Monday's media conference for “Bolera,” the veteran actor expressed his affirmation of the engagement.

“Nag-propose na, nagpaalam sa akin. Expected ko naman yun dahil childhood sweetheart niya, e,” Joey said, adding Winwyn's partner has been close to her since they were in Grade 4. In fact, he was her best friend, Joey said.

“Medyo natigil lang kasi nagkalayo sila ng propesyon, Nagpribado ang isa, tapos nagkita uilit,” the proud father shared.

When asked about the wedding, Joey aid it might actually be this year.

Winwyn gave birth to her firstborn Luna this month and in a vlog just admitted "it's been very hard."  — LA, GMA News
