Aubrey Miles took to Instagram to share a daring photo of herself in a bathtub as she celebrated her 42nd birthday.

On Instagram, Aubrey was seen in her birthday suit as she enjoyed her time in a bathtub holding a champagne glass in one hand.

"My vibe ever since," Aubrey wrote in the caption. "When I reached my 40s, I suddenly realized that I have no shame and nothing to hide."

"What’s there to hide anyway? LoL. I’m just sharing how much fun it is to have freedom that I choose for myself," she added. "I’m 42 now and how many more years do I wish to live? 30 or 42 more years? hmmm.

Aubrey said this is why she tries to live her best life.

"That’s why, I go for it! I try to live my life freely but with care. If that makes sense," she ended her note.
