Neri Naig bought a condo for her 6-year-old son Miggy from his own money so he can start earning as early as now.

On Instagram, Neri shared a photo of what Miggy's condo would like which she said will be finished by March.

"Since may mga endorsements na si Miggy, inipon ko ang money nya para makapag invest at mapagkakitaan pa rin," Neri wrote in the caption.

"Para habang bata pa, may negosyo na siya," she added. "Tuturuan namin ang mga bata na maging financially literate."

Neri said she thinks being financially literate is something everyone should start learning at a young age.

"Pero it's not too late sa atin kahit anong edad pa tayo. Ang mahalaga, nagsisimula na tayo," she wrote.

Neri said this is Miggy's first investment and business.

"Diretso talaga sa bank account nya ang kikitain," she wrote. "Isang bedroom condo sa SMDC Grass, sa tabi lang ng SM North at Trinoma. Presell ko nakuha yung condo."

Neri said she bought the condo when Miggy was only starting to walk.

"May nag abot lang ng flyer sa akin sa SM The Block, kinuha ko naman habang buhat buhat ko si Miggy nun," she wrote.

"After ilang years, buo nang nabayaran. Kaya excited na akong maparentahan, hehe! Para ipon ulit, next project naman sana, if may pasok sa budget," she added.

Neri said the rent is for daily and the design looks as good as a hotel.

Miggy is Neri and Chito Miranda's first son. Together, they have another child named Cash whom they welcomed last year. —JAB, GMA News.
