Bruce Roeland tells Althea Ablan ‘I like you’ in Dutch, shares wish to bring her to Paris

If he were to bring Althea Ablan to a foreign place, Bruce Roeland said it would be in the City of Love.

In an online interview with the press Thursday, Bruce said Althea had always wanted to visit Paris, so he would like to make that come true one day.

“Nakapunta na ’ko doon and it’s a dream ni Althea na makapunta ng Paris, France, so balang araw, I’m gonna bring her there,” he said.

Althea also said she would like to visit Belgium to know more about Bruce and his culture.

“He was born and raised in Belgium so sabi niya sa’kin, dadalhin niya ’ko sa Belgium and syempre, gusto ko matuto ng language nila na Dutch para magkaintindihan kami ng Dutch,” she said.

Althea then turned to Bruce and asked him to give a sample for everyone in the audience. The actor faced Althea and said, “ik hou van jou.” When she asked what it meant, he said while smiling: “I like you.”

According to Althea, the one thing she likes about Bruce is his being a gentleman.

“Sobrang kinikilig ako kasi he’s very caring at saka ’pag nakikita niyang tahimik ako, alam na niya,” she said.

“Mag-ooffer na siya sa’kin ng water, food, and then [minamasahe] niya ’yung likod ko para ma-relax ako.”

Bruce, meanwhile, said Althea was the “most responsible and professional girl I’ve ever met.”

On Valentine’s Day, the two went to grab samgyupsal together. He also gave her flowers, chocolates, and a teddy bear.

Bruce and Althea, one of the five Sparkle Sweethearts, will give more kilig to viewers on the new season of “Prima Donnas.” – RC, GMA News
