On their 4th Valentine's Day together, Khalil Ramos called her longtime girlfriend Gabbi Garcia his "lifelong valentine."

On Instagram, Khalil shared photos from their early Valentine's date including photos of Gabbi and the heart-shaped box bouquet he gave her for the special occasion.

"4th Valentine’s together," Khalil wrote in the caption of his post.

"Early Valentine’s dinner cause we’re gonna be locked in a bubble next week," he added, tagging Gabbi in the caption. "Had an amazing time with you, my lifelong valentine."

Meanwhile, the Kapuso couple are on the digital cover of lifestyle and showbiz magazine Mega Entertainment for the month of love.

Gabbi and Khalil will be celebrating their fifth anniversary as a couple this February.
