Khalil Ramos thanks Gabbi for thoughtfully planning his birthday week

Khalil Ramos recently celebrated his birthday and he didn't just get a birthday celebration. Thanks to girlfriend Gabbi Garcia, he got a birthday ~week~ shebang.

On Instagram, he shared snippets from his birthday celebration with Gabbi and his family, and said it was "a photo summary of my birthday week."

"A week thoughtfully planned by my love love Gabbi  im always grateful for you, I love you," he added.

In the comments section, Gabbi replied, "Ily sobra."
