Iya Villania shares clip from Drew's castle proposal on 8th wedding anniversary

Iya Villania and Drew Arellano are celebrating eight years of marriage.

Just in time for their anniversary, the "Chika Minute" host shared a funny yet heartwarming throwback to the day Drew proposed to her in a castle.

In the caption, Iya said Drew originally planned to pop the question on a nearby dock, but it was “so cold” that she didn't want to go there.

“So instead, he proposed to me in the castle that no one else really wanted to go to but me,” Iya wrote in the caption.

“Also, he was struggling trying to keep it a surprise from me coz I kept on asking where he’d propose!” She added.

Despite the laughs, this was obviously a tender moment for Iya and Drew as the video showed the two of them locked in a tearful embrace.

“Took awhile for it to sink in when you finally proposed (even if I was waiting in anticipation during the trip!) But I think now, with 3 kids in and another on the way, it couldn’t be more real,” Iya wrote.

“What a life I have with you, love: 18 yrs together, 8 yrs married and still forever to go… Love you beb, happy anniversary,” she added as she tagged her husband.

Iya Villania and Drew Arellano tied the knot in Nasugbu, Batangas in 2014.

The couple, who first met each other on the youth-oriented show "Click," now have three children together and are expecting another on the way. — LA, GMA News
