Andi Eigenmann shares how her family is adjusting after Odette wrecks Siargao home
Looks like the Happy Islanders remain in high spirits!
Andi Eigenmann and her family have temporarily settled into the city after Typhoon Odette heavily damaged their home in Siargao.
On Instagram, the actress and vlogger shared photos of her family laughing together at a basketball court.
"Happy Islanders have found ways to enjoy the concrete jungle for the meantime," she captioned.
"Being away from our island home has made me realise that all those amazing memories had always been so special to me because of who I get to share them with. Anywhere is meaningful as long as I am with them," she added.
Nevertheless, Andi said they couldn't wait to get back home.
"I'll always be so thankful for the island that has given me sooo much. Its greatest gift, for one-- our little Siargaonons!" she said.
Typhoon Odette hit Siargao in December, and Andi's family home was among those damaged by the rain and winds.
Earlier this month, Andi said they’ve already moved to a “safer area in the city.” —JCB, GMA News
