Yasmien Kurdi details family's COVID-19 bout
Yasmien Kurdi detailed the COVID-19 experience of her whole family in her latest vlog post.
On her YouTube channel, Yasmien posted a video featuring some clips taken during their quarantine period and said the video is posted late and that they are now already fully recovered and finished with their quarantine requirement.
"Based on our experience, ang pinakakalaban niyo talaga dito ay yung stress and pressure (kaya di ko agad pinaalam sa inyo dahil ayoko ma-stress noong nalaman ko results)," the Kapuso actress said.
Clearly already in high spirits, Yasmien make a joke and said "Kapag nakalaman niyo na positive kayo, stay positive! bawal nega."
"Kalma lang… isolate, magpa-reseta agad sa doctor mo kung anong kailangan inumin na vitamins para lumakas lalo ang resistensya. Hydrate. Kumain nang maayos at matulog sa oras," she advised.
Last week, the Kapuso star announced that she and her family tested positive for COVID-19.
In an Instagram post, Yasmien introduced their Covi-19 experience vlog and said "na-experience namin ito noong kasagsagan ng cases dito sa Pilipinas."
"Thank you all for your concern and love. Keep safe everyone and may God bless you all! Sana matapos na itong pandemic soon," she ended her note.
The Philippines saw a surge of COVID-19 cases shortly after the new year. Aside from Yasmien and her family, other personalities who tested positive for COVID-19 include Aubrey Miles, Troy Montero, Dingdong Dantes and his family, Iya Villania and her family, Ina Raymundo and her family, Aga Muhlach and wife Charlene Gonzales, Candy Pangilinan, and Tuesday Vargas, among others. — LA, GMA News
