Benj Manalo on 1st wedding anniversary with Lovely Abella: 'Never nabawasan 'yung kilig'

Benj Manalo and Lovely Abella are celebrating one year of being husband and wife!

Sharing sweet photos of them together from their special day, Benj took to Instagram to give nothing but good praises for his other half.

“Same feels at nadagdagan pa sobra after [one] year!” he wrote in the caption. “Ang bilis pala talaga ng isang taon kapag in love na in love ka sa taong mahal mo.”

“I’m excited kasi alam ko na kasama kita all the way sa lahat ng darating sa buhay natin. Salamat for being strong, understanding, loving, the best mom and best wife in the world!” he added.

The actor added that despite the changes they went through, the feeling remains the same. He is glad to have the Lord at the center of their relationship.

“Sabi nga nila, iba talaga ‘pag binasbasan ni Lord and relationship [or] marriage natin. Nakakakilig pa rin, mahal! Never nabawasan [yung] kilig, pagmamahal, and all ko sa’yo. Nadagdagan pa!”

Benj and Lovely have been together for seven years and counting. They plan to do so for the rest of their lives.

“I’m so thankful and lucky to have you in my life. Forever tayo, Mahal, ha?” he said. “Let’s keep inspiring [and] knowing each other, [knowing] God together, and [living] life forever!”

“I love you so much, asawa ko. Cheers to [infinity] and more love for us! Excited for our journey together, baby [girl]! Love you!”

Lovely, meanwhile, dedicated a message to the Lord, saying she is thankful for His guidance despite the challenges they faced and will be facing.

“Whatever we face, stand with us and help us stand strong together. Protect our marriage, Lord, as You keep us united by Your grace and with Your help. Amen,” she wrote.

She kept her message to Benj short but full of love: I love you so much and forever. Lagi akong magpapasalamat sa’yo.”

Since tying the knot in 2021, the couple have marked many milestones together.
