Gabbi Garcia tells Khalil Ramos on his birthday: 'You have my heart forever'

Gabbi Garcia took to Instagam to post a heartfelt message to her boyfriend Khalil Ramos, who turned 26 on Saturday.

Sharing a series of photos of Khalil as well as a portrait of them on the beach, Gabbi expressed appreciation over 'every single part' of him.

"Hey you, I appreciate you. Every single part of you. From your eyes, your silly laughter, your extraordinary mind. But most of all, your beautiful heart," she said.

"Thank you for letting me love you. You have my heart, forever," she added.

The celebrity couple recently went camping together, with Gabbi describing their outing as a "perfect day."

Gabbi and Khalil will be celebrating their fifth anniversary as a couple this February.
