Julie Anne San Jose reacts to possibility of being more than friends with Rayver Cruz: ‘We’ll see’

Julie Anne San Jose has reacted to the possibility of being more than friends with Rayver Cruz.

In an online interview with the press on Wednesday, Asia’s Limitless Star was asked about her take on having “something more special than friendship” with the actor in the future.

“Masaya naman maging masaya. Si Lord ang nakakaalam ng lahat,” she said.

[I’m happy to be happy. Only the Lord knows everything.]

“We’ll see,” she added.

In any case, the singer said they had always been close and they’re very comfortable with each other.

“Best friends talaga kami niyan ever since. We’re very good friends for a very long time na,” Julie Anne said.

“Isa talaga siya sa mga taong nakakaintindi sa akin,” she added.

[He’s one of those people who really understand me.]

“Mabuti siyang tao. He’s a good person. Caring [and] thoughtful siya. He’s really someone that you can count on,” said Julie Anne.

“We enjoy each other’s company. Sobrang okay po talaga kaming dalawa.”

[We’re really okay with each other.]

If she were to enter a relationship, meanwhile, Julie Anne said she would ensure to make herself a priority before anything else.

“You have to love yourself. You have to take care of yourself. It’s about nourishing yourself in all levels of your being,” she said.

“’Pag meron ka non, nagre-reflect ’yon sa kung paano ka towards [your partner].”

[If you have that, it will reflect how you will be toward your partner.]

Apart from being friends, Julie Anne and Rayver have been working on various projects together, such as the recently concluded “Limitless Part 2: Heal” and “All-Out Sundays.”

Speculations between the two started when it was reported late last year that Rayver and ex-girlfriend Janine Gutierrez had broken up. – RC, GMA News
