Pauleen Luna says she lived best single years with Ruby Rodriguez

Pauleen Luna celebrated the birthday of her BFF Ruby Rodriguez on Instagram with a cute collage and meaningful message.

"I lived my best single years because of you. May it be our adventures abroad or just simply lounging in Mapangakit with dusters on," Pauleen began.

Thanking Ruby, she said "You may be far in distance but will always be in my heart (as in andito ka lang sa Pinas)."

"I love you my BFF. Happy birthday," she closed the caption that accompanied a collage of photos from their travels and what-not.

Ruby and Pauleen were among the oldest mainstays of Eat Bulaga! In a 2019 interview with GMA News Online for the noontime show's 40th anniversary, Ruby shared how the Dabarkads were really her friends. "I run to them when things are low, and I need to talk to someone. They have given me so much," Ruby said.

Pauleen continues to be an Eat Bulaga dabarkads but Ruby has moved on when she left the country for LA. — LA, GMA News
