Catriona Gray spends quiet birthday with Sam Milby

For her 28th birthday, Catriona Gray had a "quiet little celebration" with boyfriend Sam Milby. 

In an Instagram post, the Miss Universe 2018 titleholder held up a polaroid of Sam and herself looking cozy Catriona holding up a bouquet as Sam smiled adoringly at her, his head near hers.

The print, done in what's looking to be a tradition for the couple — remember when they announced their relationship? — was surrounded by flowers, which Catriona tagged and credited to her mom Mita.

"It was a quiet little celebration due to the situation here in Philippines, but all the messages and love made my day extra special," Cat wrote.

The beauty queen welcomed her birthday week in a nude dress and continued the digital festivities with a "creative treat" at the Metropolitan Museum.
