New Year baby girl, Alexa, born at Fabella hospital

A single mother gave birth to her first child, a girl, a few minutes after midnight at the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Manila.

Catherine Llantos, 21, who hails from Silang town in Cavite gave birth to a girl weighing six pounds through a normal delivery.

Llantos named her baby girl Alexa.

Alexa is considered a New Year baby after being born at 12:11 a.m. on the first day of January, 2022.

Jackilou Torres, 34, also gave birth to a baby boy weighing 2.85 kilos through a cesarean section, according to Dr. Rosemarie Vaquilar, a senior officer of the hospital.
